Spring in a tea cup

 

Ok, so I know we're not quite there yet, but this is something you can do now to create an indoors show of delicate blooms.

The garden centers are now getting in snow drops, grape hyacinths and other tiny winter/spring flowers,

so it's the best time to buy a few pots and plant up something pretty.

I like to use tea cups, old china dishes and vintage tins.

Just make sure you add a good amount of grit in the bottom as there won't be any drainage holes.

Water lightly and put somewhere bright and cool.

Now how cheery does that look!
